N.B. You will be notified about the selection as well as mode of your paper presentation (oral / paper poster) within September 30, 2016 Selection will be done on the basis of the quality of research work by the Scientific Sub-committee.

Format of Abstract:

Prepare your abstract with your usual word processor, taking into account the following indications:


Words of the title are used for abstract indexing. Therefore, you should avoid "meaningless" words (ex: evidence for, new insights, effects of, etc) and non-standard abbreviations (ex: GABA is standard but LH for "lateral hypertrophy" is not). Use lower case, except for standard abbreviations. The title must be in one paragraph. Maximum length: 20 words.

Authors name

All the authors’ names should be mentioned completely with superscripting number indicating their affiliating institutes. In addition, presenting authors name should be bold underlined.

Abstract Length

Abstract length is limited to 400 words without space (without title, authors’ information and keywords). If the abstract is too long, you will be instructed to reduce the number of words before you can continue the abstract submission process.

Abstract Appearance

Abstract should be structured, as,

  • Background,
  • Objective(s),
  • Methods, Results,
  • Conclusion.

Maximum 6 key words should be mentioned at the end of the abstract separately, which will not be counted as abstract word.
